After 40+ years have come back to Banquet

We always had banquet TV dinners whe mom would get them. They were OK, mid to late 50's enjoyed many many times. As time when by, I got away from Banquet, not really that happy with what was offered . A few months ago, picked up 10 dinners (on sale super price-as they are anyway) and was so surprised at the differents that I had remember from so long ago. They are on par with anyone out there- and they will now be in my reg monthly budget when I go shopping. WHY because they are tastey and am happy with the quality of what I am getting. Can't go wrong -- also works great on a vintage's budget. Grandpa Jim

Directions

Why caint you print directions in black on white. Seniors like myself caint read the instructions or ingredents. Our eyes arent as good anymore. They are all done in dark letters on dark colors. I am talking aboute the pot pies.

Salisbury steak Omega meal- three times the salt needed

We got the Salisbury steak omega meal and a turkey & dressing w/mashed potatoes and gravy. We were so disappointed that you have put in SO MUCH sodium that we almost threw them away! We actually had to wait to eat them until the next day in order to fit them in our low-sodium diets at all. Allowance for 1500 mg. is what we use for a daily count. There's twice that in the salisbury steak and 1-1/2 times in the turkey! WHY? When I make these things, I don't need that much to make mine taste good. You shouldn't either. Like most people who get these, we didn't have time to make them ourselves, and so purchased what we thought was a healthy meal instead. How about making some low-sodium meals for people like us?? If needed, you can add salt, but you cannot hardly take it out.

I have been eating the Salisbury steak meals for years and with the way they are doing it now I cant put butter on my potatoes or mix my corn in with them. My family quit eating this meal and some of the other meals because of the way the now package them after adding the dessert.

all they had to do is make a space for the dessert instead of just throwing the other things in together. I went from buying 25 meals a week down to five because Im the only one that eats most of the meals.

Banquet meals sausage and gravy

I bought this product for my family and we enjoyed it alot. We usually had it at least once a week. For some reason, it is no longer available. I have looked all over and even on the internet. I'm wondering why this great product is no longer available and if it is, where can I get it? I have written to Banquet several times inquiring about this and have yet to receive a response. Customer service no longer an option? Please reply as soon as possible. I have also recommended this quick and easy meal to friends and family. They too agree it is one of the best meals in a box they have tried. I am really disappointed in the lack of responses I have received to date. Can you shed some light on this for me? Thank you.
