I saw the commercial and just knew I had to try these....i bought the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese....omg.... Terrible!!

First off the picture on the box has nice strips of breaded chicken... Actually I had about three tiny pieces of chicken with zero breading. Totally misleading!! Second, it looks like a nice heartymeal you eat with a fork..

You better have your spoon ready to eat what is basically soup. I'm not totally clueless, I know food hardly lives up to the picture but this is a major scam and travesty to the consumer!!!

I'm am 71 years old and my wife is 66. We have been eating banquet products on average 3 times a month for many years.

We recently tried one of the xl pot pies, OMG crap, total crap. What you call chicken pieces were square cubes that were rubbery and tuff and unregonzieable as chicken. It would need to be sent to a csi lab to determine what it was made of. Also it was incredibly dry, very few veggies, the crust had a consistency of a burnt tortillas.

The picture on the box for each of your products bares no resemblance to the final outcome to the product when cooked that you expect us to purchase and eat.

I swear eating the container it came in would have been more satisfying. Sincerely yours a very disappointed and unhappy consumer.

just had to say i love watching those a bit long in the tooth get all riled up over frozen meals. this stuff makes my day.

also, one quick counterpoint: you state "We have been eating banquet products on average 3 times a month for many years." and then, "...(the picture) bares no resemblance to the final outcome to the product when cooked that you expect us to purchase and eat." uhm. well, shoot.

Banquet meals are not premium meals. All of them now are really not worth the money.
