Resolved: Disgusted and pissed off!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally called me back but, to my surprise there were No apologies!

Something blue in my food
Nothing happened they kinda blew me off saying to go to there restaurant site and the food wasn’t even made in a restaurant so idk apparently they don’t seem to mind blue stuff in there food or they would of sent what I sent them to a manager and do something about it

Bad chicken very disgusting
I brought a box of southern chicken banquet to be exact 1/22/2024
For 12:99$ get home let it unthaw for a while ten continue to put it in the air fryer smell good look like back in the day couldn't wait to dig in so I proceed to eat in notice that the chicken is ok but it's mix with fat rubber partsi got to or three good fork of chicken out the breast before the fat in rubber part was exposed same with the thighs small in rubber in fatty it wasn't like back in 2009 or 2010 when. It's was all chicken in way more pieces I think banquet is given up on us but I wish they can go back to what they use to do in take pride back into there great chicken they use to sell instead I would like my money back but to late now just wish them luck in the future.
