Food is damaged goods and moldy

It came like that opened package and was mold on my food! Please contact me as soon as possible because this is unacceptable for your company to be packaging molded food that got in my food I purchased at a local store my children eat this food and it is very well some of the time my kids cook their own food but I happen to open this package.
This is a very big disappointment on the behalf of banquet! I will now consider buying any of your products especially without thoroughly checking for spoiling or mold and damages.

Horrible Banquet presentation.
- The gravy and sliced white turkey were inedible; the meat looked brown and hard to chew; I won't buy again and want guidance for future products.
At 71, I have had many years of banquet meals. This is the first time I have written to you, and the first time your meal was inedible.
I purchased your homestyle gravy and sliced white turkey. Without dragging this on, it was not white meat; the meat looked like silver dollars in brown and was impossible to chew or cut. Being frugal, rather than throw it out, I gave it to my boxer mix, who even eats cat throw-up. She buried it in the backyard.
I won't buy your product again.
I am also a person who has eaten in the best and worst restaurants in the world, so I know food. I would like your comments and solutions to be relevant so that I can continue another attempt at other products.

Product miss package
I bought both of these the other day, and this is what came out of the buffalo mac and cheese. I'm not sure about my allergies for this item.

Contaminated Chicken

Don’t bother to contact company they do not respond
I purchased one of your Mega chicken filets bags which Im a big fan of. I have purchased several bags with no issues or concerns the chicken fillets would look uneatable.
Upon my last purchase I noticed discoloration around multiple pieces of chicken appearing to be some sort of dye or blood specimen.
I however am unable to return to store or eat them. Please help thanks

Hair in food
I was eating the backyard BBQ, and as I was, I started choking on a piece of hair. It's not mine or my husband's because he's blond and I'm a redhead, and the hair was grayish blonde.

It says you guys are open at 9:00 in the morning but it's 9:25 in the morning and still no answer this is my fifth time calling.
I emailed the company I called multiple times during hours and they still said they were closed. I found a tooth in my food and demand to speak to someone.
I was eating a banquet spaghetti and meatballs entree when I bit into the last meatball. I found what seems to be a really small baby tooth.
So I spit the meatball out onto the train and I washed it off to look at it and sure enough was a tooth. What is crazy is I wouldn't have never knew it was there unless I bet the last one and I bit something hard.
Preferred solution: Free unlimited meals of my choice for life. I love you guys and this really hurts my heart and almost makes me want to stop dealing with you guys. So let's make a deal.

They don't check the boxes for correct weight. It states on the box 29 oz (1 lb 13 oz, 822 grams).

I bought the big box of original crispy fried chicken 11/13/2025 from Sunrise Market 212 E. Saginaw Augres, MI 48703.
Today, I opened up the box to cook the chicken. There were only 3 pieces of chicken: 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. This is a ripoff. I paid $12.49 for this, and I only got 3 pieces of chicken.
It only weighs 9 ounces, not 29 oz. I hope they go out of business.

Could not eat this. The meat tasted like some form of chemical.

It was something hard in it

First time getting something other then a potpie, I decided to get spaghetti and meatballs and sweetish and meat balls. Do you think am stupid?
the portions not even a meal you would need to buy 3 spaghettis just to get a proper amount. not to mention the taste was worse then my acholic abusive mothers cooking and she made prisoner slop for my whole childhood. The meat balls are seasoned horrible, just to much added and its just salty and overwhelming and the noodles feel awful cuz there just cut so short, its like they wanted to make the noodles made for a soup dish. imagine someone takes your pasta noodles.
Puts them in there mouth then slowly cut them to be exactly 4 inches or under just to spit it back into the bowl for "serving". The sauce is also mid and tomato bland. The textures are a nightmare the sauce is 90% water and the portions are just snack size.
took me 4 bites to finish. *** you.
